Field Service Supervisor

Job Description

Due to consistent growth, we are seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to join our team. To be successful in this role, you will be an energetic, resourceful individual who possesses the professionalism to interface with customers as well as the leadership skills to supervise crews in remote locations. Living near our office in New Hampshire is not a requirement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 7-10 years’ experience in the construction field, preferably in antenna and/or radome installations

• Ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally, for extended periods

• Familiarity with a variety of construction tools and heavy equipment operation (forklift, manlift, crane operations)

• Demonstrated experience working at heights in manlifts and/or on scaffolding

• Ability to gain a security clearance may be required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office or equivalent

• Climbing/rope access skills are a plus

• A valid US passport is mandatory

Field Service Technician

Job Description

Requirements

• High School Diploma and some experience in the construction industry

• Solid mechanical aptitude and physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 80 pounds

• Ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally, for extended periods

• Ability to work at heights

• Climbing/rope access skills are helpful, but training can be provided

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn

• Ability to pass background check

• A valid US Passport and driver’s license are mandatory
